In such a changing environment any CRM solution, well customized during its implementation, will over time be out of sync with the functioning of the enterprise and the expectations of its users.

Conscious of this issue and mindful of the sustainability of its solutions, Coheris offers Third Party Software Maintenance (TSM) contracts. These contracts guarantee that your CRM solution, tuned to your enterprise, will remain operational, that it will be usable under optimum conditions and that it will keep pace with the development of the enterprise, its functioning or environment.

 

Coheris offers 3 types of TSM :

  • Corrective TSM : comes as addition to the software maintenance contract and covers all the specific aspects of its implementation: configuration, integration, enhancements etc. The service level (SLA) offered is identical to that of the subscription for software maintenance.
  • Progressive TSM : comes on top of Corrective TSM, taking into consideration the necessary developments of the system. Each customer request for development incurs a cost estimate from Coheris, responsible for the realization, upon prior agreement. The functional extensions realized under such agreement automatically fall under the Progressive TSM contract.
  • Preventive TSM : covers the same scope as the previous one, except that in this case Coheris proactively proposes a preventive maintenance plan. It includes proposals for upgrading the software, the IS architecture, end-user training and other necessary recommendations. This plan is discussed with the client and the implementation decisions are taken jointly.

 

On top of this Coheris offers "Platform Maintenance" as an option. This covers maintenance at its premises, based on a technical platform identical to that of the customer. By mimicking in situ the complete production environment of the customer, we can develop and resolve specific problems more quickly, facilitate the acceptance of new versions, perform load tests etc.
